Q: Can I bring my own style?

A: Yes, you may show us a style that you have found and we can work with you to make the garment.

Q: Do you allow any changes in my measurements? 

A: Yes, we do. Our bodies are all different and slight adjustments may need to be made. Therefore we will allow up to two adjustments to be made to your order for free.

Q: Can you help me take my measurements if I visit your showroom?

A: Certainly! If you visit us at our showroom, we can take your measurements for free for the first three months of you being our customer. After that you should have a good understanding of how to do it on your own.

Q: How do I figure out which Primary Star I need to choose from?

A: It's easy. Click on the ZEUS SENSOR link in the Main Menu above and follow the easy instructions as you try out the free app in the browser window. Or download the iOS or Android app from the respective App Stores.

Q: The waist sizes in your size chart differ for Tops and Skirts / Pants. Is this normal?

A: Yes. The waist size for skirts and pants are your actual waist size, whereas the measurement taken for tops is for the finishing size. Just remember to enter your size based on the type of garment you are ordering. Your size medium waist for pants may be a size small waist for tops.

Q: How long does it take to complete my order?

A: If your ordered item is already in stock we will ship your item immediately upon receiving your order, otherwise orders will typically take 3 to 4 weeks from time of order to receiving of shipment.

Q: Do you do Rush Orders?

A: A rush order is an order that needs to be completed in a 1 to 3 week period.  We may be able to accommodate a rush order.  There is a 15-35% surcharge for a rush order depending upon the requested delivery date.  Please speak with our sales consultant for more information.  

Q: Where are your garments made?

A: All our garments are proudly made right here in Canada, unless specifically mentioned otherwise. We do carry some items from Italy and New York in our showroom.
